Made a booking to avail dental service through our HMO on November 5. Everything they asked, HMO details, company and etc, I provided on the same day November 5. Agreed on an schedule for November 15. Reserved my November 13 for the agreed schedule. Received a text from them at 3:22PM November 15 that they are cancelling my appointment as their clinic is not accredited. Their message was appalingly unapologetic and when I called, told me to coordinate with the company HR. DEFINITELY AVOID! If simple scheduling they cannot do properly, if they dont respect your time and energy, what kind of service are you expecting here???

The dentist here is very good and kind. Don't forget to visit the branch if you are nearby.

I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, and they cancelled just one day before. This left me with no time to find another dental clinic. Very poor communication and unreliable scheduling.

I had an old broken restoration that got infected. Dra Alonday clearly explained the current state of my tooth and the surrounding structure. In layman’s terms, she clearly explained the options and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Her first priority was to find ways to save the tooth. I felt that an expert was safely, judiciously, taking care of me!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Price is also very reasonable, especially for a dental panoramic X-ray. :) Highly recommended!

My dental cleaning was ruff, they covered my eyes, put a cloth around my mouth, dentist does not wear a mask. Dental instruments were not wrapped in plastic Indicating they were clean before they were used to my mouth. In Hindsight would not have had my teeth cleaned by this office. Price was cheap Compared to US prices.

When I first came to the clinic, my situation was honestly not good. I had advanced gum disease, several loose teeth, and a lot of bone loss. I knew something serious had to be done, but I was also worried because the treatment sounded long and complicated. Some teeth could no longer be saved and had to be removed, and I also needed deep cleaning and periodontal treatment before anything else could even be planned. Because there was not enough bone in my upper jaw, two sinus lift surgeries had to be done first. I was nervous about that, but both procedures went much better than I expected, and the healing was smooth. Only after enough bone had formed were four implants placed in my upper jaw, which was a big step forward for me. In the lower right jaw, I also needed a very advanced type of bone reconstruction called the Khoury technique. The dentist explained that this involved a combination of autologous bone, xenograft material, and PRF(i didn't know the terms before, the dentist told me) to rebuild the jaw in a stable and predictable way. He told me that this kind of augmentation is usually dne with own bone, but in my case it was better as bone was from a donor and didnt need to be harvested from my jaw. Another bone augmentation is still planned for my lower left jaw, and after that, implants will be placed on both the lower right and lower left sides. The treatment is done step by step, which makes sense given how complex my situation was. I’ll be honest — keeping perfect oral hygiene has not always been easy for me, but I never felt judged. Instead, I was constantly encouraged and reminded why it mattered. Follow-ups were thorough, and X-rays were always explained to me, not just taken and forgotten. At the moment, I am still saving money to complete the remaining procedures, but I feel confident about continuing because I trust the treatment plan and the care I’ve received so far. I always felt safe and well looked after, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs complex dental, bone, or implant treatment and wants to feel genuinely supported throughout the entire process.

The Doctor is very kind and proffessional. He will lecture you and won't leave you hanging after doing his job. Hindi rin sya mukhang pagod kahit sobrang dami na nyang patients. The services are also very affordable. The place is neat and spacious. There may be several patients and waiting time is long but it may only be because He's really good and has suki patients. While waiting you can watch TV or connect to their wifi. So no boring wait. They're cut off for accepting patients is 6pm and you can give them a call via cellphone number its in the google maps business.👌

On my first visit, I honestly thought I would be scolded because of my gum issues, but Dra. Rona was very kind, understanding, and always spoke in a calm way. She explained everything clearly and diagnosed me with periodontal disease. Despite that, I never felt anxious or ashamed to return because she makes me feel cared for and guided throughout the process. She also does her work thoroughly and accurately. She’s considerate as well, sometimes adjusting the costs to make treatments more affordable. 😄 I’m truly grateful for her patience, professionalism, and the way she makes dental visits comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’ve had the whole gamut of traditional braces, but I’ve been no stranger to relapses. I’ve been grateful to Alina for helping me to not only realign my smile, but improve my quality of life. I get a lot of compliments about my smile too, and it validates me further that this is my natural teeth. I used to be advised to clean with interdental brushes, but since the aligners addressed my spaces (while letting me continue my client-facing profession), it’s been life-changing for the better. A huge plus to all of this is that I was able to get my case, minor as it was, fixed in just a few months.

The staff are accommodating and easy to communicate with in appointing schedule. I think they're mostly booked in weekends so I suggest that you book with them in weekdays if possible. First time visiting here, and so far the service is great. Will update this review once I visit again. 😊 Btw, it's inside F1 Hotel then one escalator up!

Hoping that this dental clinic and its dentist would be reported for malpractice and racketeering. They don't even have the decency to explain what is happening and needs to be done. The dentist will just go straight into doing a procedure and will inform you the "extra charges" while your mouth is wide open. Does not do a decent job and all procedures have "extra charges" and fees. A stern warning to would be customer, avoid dental city clinics as they will never do you good. They will only suck you dry out of money and leave you high and dry to figure out what to do next. P.S. My gums receded after the dentist did a filling and rushed the procedure and now I have to either spend more for me to keep my teeth intact or wear a false teeth

My overall experience at this clinic was great! The receptionist/nurse and doctor are so friendly and accommodating. Booked an appointment here for check up and cleaning. The dentist (Dr. Sophia/Sofia) was able to identify the root cause of my toothache, and patiently answer all my questions. I appreciate all her advices on proper dental care. Magaan sya kausap and very reassuring. Nurse Jolly is so nice and welcoming. You can really feel the warm and friendly atmosphere of the clinic because of her. Also, I love the facility. It is so clean, and gusto ko rin yung napakita ni doc yung condition ng ngipin ko sa camera monitor nila haha. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back for my next cleaning.

Been with Zen Lapid/Ysa Dentistry for 15+ years now. Dr. Marj treated my issue with my tooth and gums. It is my place for dental needs. Fully recommended. Satisfied cistomer here.. even when I am abroad, going home for vacation, I must have an appointmemt with Dr. MARJ.

Came in for general dental check up, very friendly and welcoming staff, not to mention the dentist was very gentle with me, making sure I was comfortable the whole way through. They keep the place very sanitised as well. Would recommend coming here for sure :)

Their admin were professional yet very warm, which instantly made me feel at ease.
