The Dental Hub Implant Clinic

Made a booking to avail dental service through our HMO on November 5. Everything they asked, HMO details, company and etc, I provided on the same day November 5. Agreed on an schedule for November 15. Reserved my November 13 for the agreed schedule. Received a text from them at 3:22PM November 15 that they are cancelling my appointment as their clinic is not accredited. Their message was appalingly unapologetic and when I called, told me to coordinate with the company HR. DEFINITELY AVOID! If simple scheduling they cannot do properly, if they dont respect your time and energy, what kind of service are you expecting here???

It's my first time got cleaned and filled my teeth here in dental hub when we were in vacation in Grand canal but the results is annoying. I feel pained until now especially on the down part of my teeth. Been struggling for how many months already. Sad to say I am here already in US otherwise I'll complain them I have done many times in my dental doc never happened how I got from them. It's really worse ,I'm unlucky though why I choose them. My money was wasted

My wife and I walk in for dental cleaning, Dr Eric professionalism, knowledge and the way he handles his patient are outstanding. While Christine Aranilla is the opposite. She is very unprofessional. Proudly sticking her title on the wall but with basic work ethics and proper etiquette couldn't display. Doesn't care if the client get hurts. I don't even know her but for some reason, I have a gold crown and bridges which she hates it so much and picking it hard. I was there for cleaning not removal. Heavy hands resting on my face, tagging my lips harsly. Bright lights that directly hits my eyes with no care, splattered polishing paste all over me didn't bother offering me a wipes. Worst experience ever! Lasty, she charge more than Dr. ERIC.
