β€œThere's a 500 pesos fee for sanitation pero justifiable naman. I had an excellent experience with my dentist, Ms. Lim. She provided a detailed explanation of what was visible on the x-ray and presented several treatment options, carefully outlining the pros and cons of each. She also gave me the soft copy of my xray.”

β€œEven with HMO, dental city charges for co-pay are expensive. Basic cleaning has additional 500 but when I went to a different clinic the prophylaxis is fully covered. Same with extractions. Simple extractions needs x-rays with them and they don't cover molars even if its not impacted, and pastas have extra fees even with HMO, the fee almost the same price as not having HMO. Amazing that this establishment still operates with their way of business πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… Update : After 6 month my gums receded due to the dentist laziness to properly do her job with the filling. The filling was ill fitting and was rushed. Basically the dentist botched the only thing she has to do and I paid extra (Around 1k or less) with HMO. Just because I used my HMO with them she won't do a proper job. Now I might have to use false teeth because of her.”

About this clinic

Hoping that this dental clinic and its dentist would be reported for malpractice and racketeering. They don't even have the decency to explain what is happening and needs to be done. The dentist will just go straight into doing a procedure and will inform you the "extra charges" while your mouth is wide open. Does not do a decent job and all procedures have "extra charges" and fees. A stern warning to would be customer, avoid dental city clinics as they will never do you good. They will only suck you dry out of money and leave you high and dry to figure out what to do next. P.S. My gums receded after the dentist did a filling and rushed the procedure and now I have to either spend more for me to keep my teeth intact or wear a false teeth
