Dr. Wee was very careful, gentle, and thorough during my dental cleaning. She has a motherly presence that instantly puts you at ease. I appreciated how she explained each step before doing anything, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the procedure. ‼️NOT RECOMMENDED‼️ Customer service: 0/5 Procedure: 1/5 Value for money:0/5 I had an extremely frustrating experience. My sister and I specifically scheduled our appointment (cleaning) early with a two-hour allowance for unforeseen situations, as we still have to prepare for work. However, we ended up waiting for two hours beyond our scheduled time. While we understood that surgeries can cause delays, what happened next was unprofessional. The staff allowed a customer who arrived an hour after us to go ahead because their procedure was "quick and easy," without even consulting us or getting our approval. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the delay was due to the unforeseen surgery and she let the child go before us because the child’s tooth extraction would be faster. While I understand the situation, it felt insulting and disrespectful to prioritize someone else without considering our wait. Communication and customer respect need major improvement here. The teeth cleaning service was also disappointing. Compared to other clinics I’ve been to, this one felt rushed and incomplete. It seemed like they were just trying to get it over with, rather than providing thorough care. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional ₱750 for the procedure on top of what my health insurance usually covers, which is typically nothing for cleaning. It honestly felt like I was being scammed, especially since the service didn’t even meet the standard I expected.

The place is absolutely elegant and classy, yet it maintains a sense of home comfort. The staff, especially the dentists are incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. The services are well done exceptionally, and overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

I’d like to share how my teeth have changed throughout the years. (2022-2025) 1st pic - My teeth now, the happiest smile I’ve ever had. No visible missing teeth since I underwent Fiber Reinforced Tooth. Totally worth it for my perfect smile goal. 🥰 2nd pic - The second makeover of my teeth. I used to have small veneers the size of my original teeth, but Dr. Gail worked her magic to improve them. I was surprised at first, but then I grew to like them! Hehe, so nice! 😍 I still had a visible missing tooth at that time. 3rd pic - The very first veneers I had. I wasn’t really planning to get these, but MHB happened, and I started loving to smile more often after that. I still had my missing tooth because I thought it wasn’t too noticeable. I was wrong! Hahaha. Guys, when I say the veneers make a difference, I really mean it.🫶🏻 4th pic - Graduation photo with my regular teeth, which were small, yellowish, and not perfectly shaped, very visible.It was okay but as you can see, all pictures with veneers are so gorgeous than this. 🤭 All thanks to Doc @docgailanana and sir @vicoydehaler for the teeth upgrade! 🤪 I guarantee vvv nice results. @l.a.dentalstudio @ladentalessentials

Everyone are very accommodating. The price is affordable too. You won't feel scared because the Doctor is very light handed and the process is very fast. You won't feel any pain at all. My experience with this clinic is wonderful 10/10 if I had to rate it, since their service is excellent and fast. In addition to that you feel a comfortable atmosphere when stepping in.
