I recently had a surgical wisdom tooth extraction at this dental clinic, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist explained the entire procedure clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The surgery itself went incredibly smoothly — much better than I expected. I experienced minimal discomfort during the process, and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Recovery was smoother than I expected, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing dental surgery!

My sister and I specifically scheduled our appointment (cleaning) early with a two-hour allowance for unforeseen situations, as we still have to prepare for work. However, we ended up waiting for two hours beyond our scheduled time. While we understood that surgeries can cause delays, what happened next was unprofessional. The staff allowed a customer who arrived an hour after us to go ahead because their procedure was "quick and easy," without even consulting us or getting our approval. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the delay was due to the unforeseen surgery and she let the child go before us because the child’s tooth extraction would be faster. While I understand the situation, it felt insulting and disrespectful to prioritize someone else without considering our wait. Communication and customer respect need major improvement here. The teeth cleaning service was also disappointing. Compared to other clinics I’ve been to, this one felt rushed and incomplete. It seemed like they were just trying to get it over with, rather than providing thorough care. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional ₱750 for the procedure on top of what my health insurance usually covers, which is typically nothing for cleaning. It honestly felt like I was being scammed, especially since the service didn’t even meet the standard I expected.
