This dental clinic is highly recommended! I was browsing for a dental clinic online and fortunately, I found Tooth Station. I've read good reviews and the price was pocket friendly, so I had my appointment right away. For someone like me who's afraid of needles, Doc Rocky was so gentle and friendly. I felt no pain during and after the process. Also, Doc Rocky and his team will make you feel comfortable. Grateful to have my teeth extracted here. Thank you Doc Rocky! ❤️

[30 April] Well, I would say Doctor Rocky's skills and professionalism is a world class. As always, he makes his patients feel really well and genuinely taken care of (no pain at all) 'cause he's so gentle and true to his work. And he's not after numbers, his pricing is perfect for regular people. The clinic's clean, comforting and lively environment is a plus. I love its minimalism, not creepy and exaggerated. I was so lucky I met him in 2021, he saved me from so much trauma and torture I got from random dentists. And this year, I had to go on some challenging adventures (figuratively) for 2 months just so I could find him again. I'm so glad and happy for him and his team for finally having his own clinic. I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had with your establishment. Online information from both Facebook and Google indicated that you open at 9:00 AM. Trusting this, I arrived an hour before your posted opening time, only to find the store still closed. I waited outside for more than an hour, sweating under the sun, hoping the store would open soon. Unfortunately, by 10:00 AM, there was still no sign of activity from your staff. In an attempt to clarify the situation, I called the contact number provided on your facebook page. The lady who answered mentioned she was “on her way,” but even after an hour, she hadn’t arrived. It was clear that no effort was being made to prioritize customer convenience or to address the delay properly. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave without even being able to step inside. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I felt my time was completely wasted. This level of service—or lack thereof—is unacceptable. I would not recommend your business to anyone—friends, family, or otherwise. If you can’t stick to your posted hours or provide proper communication and accountability, it reflects poorly on your professionalism and reliability.
