I expected the services to be expensive, but to my surprise, they were waaaay more expensive than anticipated! I get that this is a top-tier clinic, likely catering to high-end clientele, but honestly, you can find similar quality services at other, more affordable clinics. 5 stars for the outstanding services and cutting-edge technologies. 3 stars for the pricing—it’s definitely on the steep side—and I couldn’t help but feel a little hypnotized into saying yes to everything they offered. 😅 How much I paid on my first visit? It’s 22k ! my teeth are flawless, but not my wallet 😂

First time I came to this dental clinic today. And I was impressed with the service. Why? She further assessed my teeth condition as I requested for pasta and cleaning. The good thing about Dra Marilou she not in rush she thoroughly do the treatment and every now and then she will ask if there is pain or nothing. And she will give post treatment imstructions. So definitely I will come back for my other tooth pasta.

SCAM ALERT. As other reviewers have noted in the reviews of other branches of Dental World, this clinic seems to use deception to overcharge foreign clients. In my case, the clinic attempted to charge me 2,900 PHP for a 2-minute "consultation", when the listed price for this service is 1,500 (I've since found out that the average price in Manila for the same service is 500). They explained the discrepancy by claiming that my consultation was not a "general dentistry" consultation, but a "TMJ consultation", even though this type of consultation and price are not listed anywhere on their website. After they backed down and admitted that they made a mistake, they proceeded to charge me 1,800 PHP for an X-Ray. When I got home and checked the website, this service was listed at 1,200 PHP. By then, it was too late to get my money back. Please avoid this place! Even if it did not use deception to overcharge clients, the head dentist seems clueless about basic dentistry concepts like subluxation. It is hard to verify whether he is even a certified dentist by international (not Philippine) standards.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alej for my root canal treatment. As an endodontist, he is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in his field. He was very thorough, well-prepared, and made sure I understood every step of the procedure. I really appreciated how vocal and detailed he was in explaining what was happening, which made me feel more at ease. Highly competent and very professional. I definitely recommend him if you're in need of a root canal or any endodontic treatment.

I've been going to this clinic since I was 15 years old and I must say.. The dentist is very professional & the makes me feel comfortable no matter what treatment plan I get. I recently had a root canal treatment unexpectedly & now a new crown is placed and everything went smooth! Highly recommended

Dr. Joy was among the few that responded to my text inquiry. Really glad that she did even on a holiday. In a matter of minutes, there I was in her clinic. I only had general check up but I could tell she provides great services by the amount of pressure she used while putting antiseptic on my mouth - just the right amount of pressure. I could also tell not just by the way she talked to me, but to her staff as well, that she is kind and someone you'll feel comfortable with. The fee (500) was also among the more affordable ones.

I recently visited Dental Ave PH for a teeth cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! Doc Lili is the first dentist in a while who actually took the time to carefully check each of my teeth instead of just giving a quick look. While everyone else said my molar pain was just because of a “big gap,” she found the real cause. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and handled procedures so gently. I really appreciated how thorough and honest she was and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommended, especially if you’ve been jumping from one dentist to another looking for answers. Also, dental health is so important, guys!

I did my wisdom tooth removal recently at Smile Specialty Dental Center. I told Dr. Tracy upon my consultation that my right upper and lower wisdom tooth were aching with radiating pain to my jaw going to my ears. They booked me an appointment with their surgeon. On the day of the appointment, the surgeon who did my extraction, assessed my teeth and initiated anesthesia. Thankfully! The procedure was successful! The control of pain was managed by the team. Highly recommend! I also had my braces with Dr. Tracy few years ago and people kept complementing my teeth. I am a very happy patient. Will come back again soon for my biannual cleaning!

I’ve been their client since around 2018. After 6-7 years, they still couldn’t give me a proper update on when I could finally have my braces removed. During those six seven years, it was always the dental staff—not the dentist—who adjusted my braces. Eventually, I decided to transfer to another dentist because I wasn’t seeing any progress. On my very first visit with the new dentist, they discovered that I still had a baby tooth that needed to be extracted, as well as an impacted tooth that required surgery. They also advised that I needed to remove another tooth to allow my teeth to move backward properly. In just three months, the new clinic was able to assess and plan the necessary treatment—something my previous dentist failed to do in five years.

Got my wisdom tooth removed here free of charge. DIP is a "training center" for already licensed dentists. Clinic is new so facilities are up to date. Dr. Uy was also very hands on. He would help his colleagues during the extraction, giving tips and guidance along the way. Staff and other dental assistants were very friendly, professional and helpful as well. My extracted wisdom tooth healed fast. Inflammation peaked around day 3 and the stitches were all gone before day 7. Thanks for this wonderful service. Highly recommended.

All the stuff were dressed to impress and behaved with a very high standard of professionalism and attention to detail. Everything from the language used, to the body posture and hand gestures was exceeding all expectations I had. The attention to detail is impressive, being from a customer service background in luxury hotels and fine dining, I saw the standards we used to implement in boutique hotels being applied in a Dental Clinic. The music, the smell, the light and every detail is well thought of. There was even complimentary premium French water available for a healthy refreshment during the operations. Dr. April is one of the very best doctors I've met in the field of dentistry, with exceptional patience during the procedure, extensive explanation of each step and guidance through each available treatment. Felt comfortable enough to actually close my eyes and enjoy the process. Mrs. Arianne at the reception was outstanding in preparing all the invoices, payments and documentation for the insurance reimbursement. Again it felt like talking with a receptionist at a 5 star resort. The clinic is also located in a very central location inside Ayala Malls Vertis North which is easily accessible from any point of the NCR. A huge thank you to all the staff working at GAOC, they represent the very best of what a premium Dental Clinic should feel like.

My experience with Dr. Charm Mendoza for a root canal treatment was excellent. I'll admit I was initially afraid, but she was incredibly skillful and made sure to mitigate pain throughout the procedure. The clinic is okay, I'm just not satisfied with the procedure which is pasta. 1. The pasta on my front teeth is not good. It's not even or not natural looking > there is a gap so after 7 months it's not good anymore, it's full of dirt. 2. The pasta comes off quickly. In less than a year the pasta is already coming off my molars. :((

Doc Angela and Ms. Kat took care of me well enough, so the surgery became smooth, almost painless, and not scary at all. I also carefully followed Doc Angela’s advice that helped me to recover fast. In addition, Ms. Maricar is very warm and approachable at the reception. She is responsive to all my concerns even during late night. She is also the major motivation that pushed me to finally have my tooth extracted. Overall, aside from their professional dentistry work, I would like to commend how kind and great the whole team was. They even assisted us in completing our requirements for PhilHeath reimbursement.
