I’ve been wanting to get Sapphire braces for years, and I’m really glad I finally went for it at Dentaholics. The whole process was smooth from the beginning. They asked all the right questions before my visit, so when I arrived, everything was already set and ready. I even got my braces installed in just one visit. The clinic is clean and comfortable, and the staff are all super friendly and accommodating. They made sure I felt at ease and explained everything clearly. It also helps that the clinic is only 10 minutes away from me, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. Kudos to the team!

Disappointing Experience with My Dentist at Dentaholics White Plains -- I had high hopes when I entrusted my dental care to this clinic, expecting professional and quality service, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered: * No Official Receipts: I did not receive an official receipt for every transaction, which is unprofessional and inconvenient for record-keeping. * Poor Veneer Installation: The veneers installed were noticeably misaligned. One of my front teeth is longer than the other, creating an awkward appearance when I open my mouth. Despite my concerns, the dentist insisted that the alignment was correct. * Gaps Causing Hygiene Issues: The veneers were not properly sealed, leaving gaps between my gums and the veneers where food particles easily accumulate, posing a risk for future dental problems. * Inappropriate Veneer Size: The size of the veneers is disproportionately large compared to my natural teeth. My dentist, Dra. E, based the size on the bulky temporary teeth, which was clearly not suitable for the final installation. This resulted in my front teeth looking unnaturally big. * Incorrect Treatment Recommendation: I was advised to undergo a root canal treatment (RCT) on a particular tooth. However, upon getting a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the wrong tooth was targeted for the procedure. Without seeking multiple opinions, I would have undergone unnecessary treatment. It’s deeply disappointing to go through this process, especially since I trusted a licensed dental professional to improve my dental health and appearance. Initially, I was assured of proper care, but my doubts led me to seek further consultations, revealing that the veneers were not done correctly. This experience has cost me a significant amount of money and stress. I have now decided to redo my veneers with another dentist to prevent potential complications down the line. In my opinion, dental professionals who charge premium fees should be fully competent and attentive to the proper techniques and patient care. While I am not a dentist myself, I could clearly see that something was wrong. I invested in this treatment to boost my confidence when smiling and speaking, but instead, I’m back to square one, having to save up and seek trustworthy care elsewhere. Thankfully, I postponed other treatments on seven additional teeth and will be more cautious in selecting a dental professional who not only focuses on appearance but genuinely cares about their patients’ welfare.
