Staff were all friendly, accommodating and respectful. Quick response to messages. i am from overseas and i was surprised by the speed of emax even though it was my holiday. i squeezed out my request and it was really done. doc gab and doc alexa explained it well. they did a good job from repairing my chipped composite veneers to my emax. satisfied customer here. 🥰

Clinic is clean and aesthetic. Receiving area has a tv so you can watch while waiting. Doc Pat and Doc Ralph are light-handed so the procedure was not painful. You can also watch netflix while they do the procedure on you btw because of the monitor, which is cool and a first for me so you won’t be bored especially on a long procedure. The dentist was very careful during cleaning and fillings. I didn’t feel rushed, and the treatment was gentle. Before starting, the dentist explained the steps and what I should expect. That made me feel safe and informed. The tools looked clean and updated, which gave me confidence in the quality of care. After my whitening session, I noticed a big improvement. My teeth felt healthier after the cleaning. Parking: You can park on Robinson's Mall across the street.

Today, I had the worst experience for the first time this 2024. I was scheduled a month ago for an appointment at 9am. I came in the clinic 10mins before only to find out I was moved to 930 without proper heads up. On top of that, the receptionist was condescending and did not even apologize for the mishap. Imagine getting an appointment a month in advance and then having to wait for my turn with a very rude receptionist basically doing nothing to make up for their incompetence. Very disappointing. Update: Owner reached out to me and apologized and took ownership. I will take Dr. Haidee’s commitment in improving their service thus I’m updating my review.

The dr will always make something to make money. My tooth has nothing weong but she filled and now it hurts. She just want to make some money.

Very accommodating and will explain to you clearly and show you any blind spots in your teeth. Very efficient as well

Got 2 permanent filling which supposed to be permanent but as of now after only a month im starting to see and feel that one of my filling is running out and exposing the whole made from the procedure. Teeth which was no pain before the filling now feel the nerve pain whenever i eat and cant enjoy my food anymore. Not really gonna recommend if you plan to get a permanent pasta/teeth filling.

We just went here today and I’m really impressed. The clinic is very clean, organized, and child-friendly, which immediately made us feel at ease. The pediatric dentist is incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can really see her dedication and how knowledgeable she is. Out kids felt comfortable the whole time because of her gentle approach. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for excellent pediatric dental care. Galing pa kami sa malayo pero dinayo talaga namin ito.
