I had my root canal done here as suggested by their dentist when I went for a checkup as I experienced bad toothache during the holidays. She was knowledgeable and explained the procedure in great detail. I was convinced so I agreed. The procedure was great, the staff is very attentive to your needs. Now the reason for the 3 stars is that, the bill kept on changing. Initially I was billed 9k for root canal, I paid 3.5k as downpayment. I was surprised as I was expecting a bigger total, I even told reception lady. When I went back for my 2nd session, the lady told me that she forgot to charge me 1k for the xray, no worries. I paid the balance of 6.5k. Now I should be fully paid right? But no, then today after the final session, the same lady told me I was being charged another 6k as I had two roots. I paid them without questions asked as I didnt want to make a scene as I did enjoy the service and thats not my personality. I would suggest moving forward that you do a better job billing your patients as to avoid miscommunication and bad impressions. To all those future patients, please be aware that this could happen to you, so always ask.✌️

Had pasta fillings here a few weeks ago. Had to return 2 more times because there's still pain (pangingilo) on my teeth. Dentist commented "Hindi ka hiyang sa pasta noh?" as if blaming me. Hello, that's why I went to your clinic right? To have my teeth treated. Don't want to go back here anymore.
