Today, I had the worst experience for the first time this 2024. I was scheduled a month ago for an appointment at 9am. I came in the clinic 10mins before only to find out I was moved to 930 without proper heads up. On top of that, the receptionist was condescending and did not even apologize for the mishap. Imagine getting an appointment a month in advance and then having to wait for my turn with a very rude receptionist basically doing nothing to make up for their incompetence. Very disappointing. Update: Owner reached out to me and apologized and took ownership. I will take Dr. Haidee’s commitment in improving their service thus I’m updating my review.
