Highly recommended dental clinic. They will entertain you until night when all the patients are finished if you are willing to wait. Cash or HMO card accepted as long as the dental treatment is covered by the card, there is no charge. Those that are not covered of course are the patients' responsibility. The dentist explains everything before the treatment starts. 💯

The service is so slow. I called to be scheduled on the 23rd around 9am, then I was told that she can not connect to the trunkline of my HMO. Then told that it will be the following day — the 24th, then I waited and again I was told that around 12nn that it will be again rescheduled the day after — the 25th and that will be in the morning, then on the last update it will be after lunch. 3 freaking days to get a schedule and an appointment for a simple dental services? Wow!!! Just wow!!! Well that’s a first. But still just wow!!! I WILL BE UPDATING THIS POST ONCE THERE IS ANY UPDATE ABOUT THIS AMAZING EVENT. ***UPDATE ... I received a text message around 13:11H that the dentist will be about to go to the other clinic where I am communicating. But at the time of the writing at 14:24H still no update if what. All I received around 13:19H that they will just text me if everything is ok. But still nothing. STILL I WILL BE UPDATING THIS POST IF THERE ARE UPDATES. UPDATE... Texted the secretary at 14:36H and that is where I found out that the dentist is already in and I think if not texted, I will not know the status. So disappointing.

The clinic is very clean, and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. During my procedure, the doctor had to give me anesthesia twice, which made me feel uncomfortable about their competence. After the tooth extraction, the doctor immediately turned their back on me and focused on their cellphone, barely acknowledging me. Instead of explaining post-extraction care thoroughly, they just handed me a pamphlet with the dos and don’ts. When I asked if I had any other cavities besides the one that was extracted, the doctor responded dismissively with “ewan ko” , which felt both unprofessional and rude. I expected better care and attention from a healthcare professional, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disregarded

This clinic deserves 5 stars. You don't have to pay too much for complicated tooth/wisdom extraction. Five star for professionalism, efficiency and quality.

Not recommended, let me share my experienece with this clinic. 1. There is a cancellation fee of 500 pesos i was told that it will be refunded back within 48 hours that is within 2 days my appointment is on oct 2 i got my refund on october 6 i need to follow uo multiple times so that i can get my refund so very inconvenient. 2. Notice that the equipmeny being used has rust and there some equipment that has chip on the tip ... This is a no no for me its unsanitary however i proceeded with the procedure since its the only available time for me since i have filed a leave for this procedure. 3. I clearly stated that I want 3 teeth to be remove however they remove 4 of my teeth i just notice it when the anesthesia was remove in my system there is no guidlines for mw to instruct them aboth the tooth to be remove and I was shocked what happened the tooththat has been remove is good no problem with tooth... Over all not recommended clinic if you have health card i promise you if you book with this clinic its not recommended at all they will state that it will not be covered with your card.
