I’m truly grateful for the excellent service I received yesterday in Sto Tomas branch. The doctor was very kind, and the staff were accommodating and even assisted me with my babies. I also really appreciate their clinic, it feels homey, clean, and welcoming. This dental clinic already feels like family to us, and we’ll definitely be coming back. 🌸😇

I had my teeth cleaning at the Calamba branch using my HMO, as the nearby branch didn’t have any available schedule . This is the first time I’ve experienced a clinic where HMO patients are treated equally, without the usual feeling that cash-paying customers are prioritized. Many other clinics tend to give less attention to those using HMO, but that wasn’t the case here. The clinic was clean, modern, and new. The appointment process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long for my procedure . Thank you, Kreative Dental & Orthodontics!

Not recommended, let me share my experienece with this clinic. 1. There is a cancellation fee of 500 pesos i was told that it will be refunded back within 48 hours that is within 2 days my appointment is on oct 2 i got my refund on october 6 i need to follow uo multiple times so that i can get my refund so very inconvenient. 2. Notice that the equipmeny being used has rust and there some equipment that has chip on the tip ... This is a no no for me its unsanitary however i proceeded with the procedure since its the only available time for me since i have filed a leave for this procedure. 3. I clearly stated that I want 3 teeth to be remove however they remove 4 of my teeth i just notice it when the anesthesia was remove in my system there is no guidlines for mw to instruct them aboth the tooth to be remove and I was shocked what happened the tooththat has been remove is good no problem with tooth... Over all not recommended clinic if you have health card i promise you if you book with this clinic its not recommended at all they will state that it will not be covered with your card.
