Rubio-Alviar Dental Care

The service is so slow. I called to be scheduled on the 23rd around 9am, then I was told that she can not connect to the trunkline of my HMO. Then told that it will be the following day — the 24th, then I waited and again I was told that around 12nn that it will be again rescheduled the day after — the 25th and that will be in the morning, then on the last update it will be after lunch. 3 freaking days to get a schedule and an appointment for a simple dental services? Wow!!! Just wow!!! Well that’s a first. But still just wow!!! I WILL BE UPDATING THIS POST ONCE THERE IS ANY UPDATE ABOUT THIS AMAZING EVENT. ***UPDATE ... I received a text message around 13:11H that the dentist will be about to go to the other clinic where I am communicating. But at the time of the writing at 14:24H still no update if what. All I received around 13:19H that they will just text me if everything is ok. But still nothing. STILL I WILL BE UPDATING THIS POST IF THERE ARE UPDATES. UPDATE... Texted the secretary at 14:36H and that is where I found out that the dentist is already in and I think if not texted, I will not know the status. So disappointing.
