Our experience with Dr. Ira Angelica Velasco was absolutely amazing! Honestly, she exceeded any dental experience I've had in the U.S. Our little boy was quite a handful, but Dr. Velasco and her staff were incredibly kind and patient throughout. I highly recommend her! While the Philippines sometimes gets an unfair reputation for dental care, this clinic proves otherwise—it’s modern, well-equipped, and delivers a level of care that matches, if not surpasses, dentists in the U.S.

They fixed the wrong tooth. The Doctor sent me to his female intern. But the tooth that was fixed was wrong. Also, the dentists and staff aren't wearing PPE. The person who fixed me didn't even have gloves. It also doesn't seem like their items are clean because they only heated the equipment for a short time. Although to be fair, they are friendlier than the dentist next to them. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During my visit, the doctor didn’t take the time to clearly explain my condition or the steps of the treatment, which left me feeling confused and unsure. She also seemed distracted, even attending to her baby while I was in the chair. People were coming in and out of the room throughout the procedure, and I was left lying there with my mouth open the entire time, which felt very unprofessional. To make things worse, I was charged for something I believe was unnecessary, especially since the doctor didn’t explain what it was for or why it was needed. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I hope the clinic improves its professionalism, communication, and respect for patients.
