I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During my visit, the doctor didn’t take the time to clearly explain my condition or the steps of the treatment, which left me feeling confused and unsure. She also seemed distracted, even attending to her baby while I was in the chair. People were coming in and out of the room throughout the procedure, and I was left lying there with my mouth open the entire time, which felt very unprofessional. To make things worse, I was charged for something I believe was unnecessary, especially since the doctor didn’t explain what it was for or why it was needed. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I hope the clinic improves its professionalism, communication, and respect for patients.

Appaling service. Avoid at all cost. 1/ They are using the excuse of the pandemic to overcharge for everything, showing greed over care for returning customers (not patients). 2/ They don't finish the dental job required pretending that a patient is waiting. But we had to wait our turn. Seems like an excuse to make you come back and pay again for their 'infection fee'. 3/ They force you to buy a safe suit but they don't allow you to take it back home, basically stealing your property.

I was going to have an extraction, but the assistant was rude and I wasn't satisfied with their service, so I immediately moved to another dental clinic, I need to change the assistant.
