not even worth a star. Me and my husband had a filling and a clean last may 2018 and the workmanship was pretty ordinary (that's being nice). Now having dramas and have to go see a dentist to get our teeth fixed.

Made an appointment for teeth cleaning for 1,000 pesos. Not bad I thought as I know the one in Pavia (GT Mall) charges 700 pesos….. When the appointment was finished they tried to charge me 2,000 pesos! The reason - A deeper clean costs double without any prior warning apparently. I was not informed of this before and I doubt they would do the same to a Pinoy. But being white, they have obviously tried to take advantage of me. When I argued my point, the one who performed the cleaning gave my money back. Do not go here if you are a tourist, unless you are accompanied by a Filipino who knows what dentists should charge for a simple teeth clean to prevent this from happening. I come to Ilo ilo often and they have cost themselves future business and gained a poor review which I hope others will take into account NB: You can also see the other reviews are from the family of the dentist as they have the same surname (Solinap)

Went here yesterday for cleaning and pasta procedures. The staff were all smiles as we enter the clinic and they were very accomodating. The clinic was also very clean and well maintained. The dentist, Dr. Eduard was very good, having gentle hands and explaining to me what they will be doing and what will happen. Very well recommended! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊

I travelled different places here in the Philippines and my first time to search a good dental clinic here in Iloilo as I experienced my toothache here which needs for me to be extracted asap and I found this dental clinic upon my research. I encountered different dental clinics and all are good but for me this is the best dental clinic I ever had. With accommodating staff and very approachable excellent dentists.👍 💛 PAINLESS ! Trust me for that. I will recommend this to my friends and co-workers. EXCELLENT SERVICE 👍💚

I am not satisfied with the treatment. I have received thus far. First appointment I had xrays. Apparently my tooth that I had a root canal done, by another dentist was not done properly, however after 2 treatments, at My Smile, apparently, my tooth still needs further treatment. Also a broken tooth that I needed treatment on, is now worse than it was before. This after an hour of supposedly being fixed. After spending over 30000 pesos for treatment that has not been a success, I have decided to find another dentist.
