There are too many inconsiderate professors and a completely messed-up grading system. I hope you can address and fix this issue as soon as possible, because there are a lot of students who are struggling, both academically and mentally, because of it. Please take immediate action to ensure a fairer and more supportive learning environment for everyone.
For registrar department Window 1: Slow transactions especially for getting certified true copies. No accurate or proper instructions regarding of the time of releasing. Train your staff well.
