Accommodating staff and Doc. Our dogs get their nails cut by the assistants while the doc prepares the shots/deworming tablets. Really good handlers/assistants. There are limited shaded seats outside so it's quite hot in the morning. They let the pets inside though even when it's not their turn yet, so that they don't get hot prior the appointment. The clinic opens at 10am to accept queues for grooming and check up but the vet comes in at 1030am. Better to go early if you want to be first in line. The clinic is air-conditioned and smells really clean and fresh inside. They also clean up the table and weighing scale after each patient. Here are the cutest babies in the clinic (just kidding, they're ours so I'm biased🫶🏻)

This is my cats' clinic for 2 yrs now. Doc Lily has always been very good at taking care of my cats. One time, I had to confine my 2 ill cats in them for 4 days, and they took care of them very well. One of my cats needed to be dextrosed that time but she seemed comfortable despite the illness and the needle in her arm. I've trusted this clinic already and I hope that they continue the great service. One of Doc's male assistant was a real animal lover too. 😊

I brought Samchi to Southpaw due to sudden loss of energy and loss of balance kala ko mamatay na...Dra Lily explained na it can be attributed sa pagbaba ng blood sugar so she prescribed Vit B Complex and DGM. Dra explained the necessary must-know-and-must-do, her 2 staffs are very accommodating, chill and clean environment.
