“I was contacted via Viber for an appointment upon reaching out thru their website for a schedule. Before deciding for an appointment, I asked first for an estimate to make sure I can afford the service needed, and the staff was very accommodating and patient in answering all my questions. Actually, the quote was already detailed enough (that was the deciding factor for me). Going for the first time, I was surprised to smell the place as it HONESTLY smells great (like a hotel’s lobby, prob because there was no grooming area here). Also, I noticed that my cat and other patients’ pets were NOT stressed as they normally would in other vet clinics. Dr. Cyd was the one appointed to my cat and he was straight to the point, explained well the test results, and offered choices whenever possible. While waiting, I just talked to other customers who were also friendly. ☺️ After the dental surgery, my cat was released - looking great (+ cute) and wasn’t groggy from the anesthesia. Overall, it was a great experience!!! 🥹✨”
