Sison Gimelo Dental Center Lagro

I was not really looking for a dental clinic that’s accredited by my card but it’s a pleasant surprise to know that it is. I inquired via their facebook page and they’re very responsive. What put me off was the P200 reservation fee to secure the appointment. I understand this but not to my advantage personally because I am punctual on my appointments. This rsvn fee is deductible from total bill. Another disadvantage for me who’s using a dental card. I know it’s just 200 vs paying the at least P800 if I go to other non-accredited dental clinic so I let it pass. Although I read about PPE in the reminders they sent via messenger, I was surprised that they really still use PPE even after covid. You get to wear the 🧥 and shoe covers. I’m not complaining ha. :) Btw, ako un nag antay ng ~30mins from my schedule kasi d pa tapos un patient before me. Dapat binalik P200 ko dba? 😝 Overall, I had a great experience during my first visit. I hope it’d be a great one again next time. Thanks Doc Abi.

This clinic is different from all the clinics I have been to. It was my first time in this clinic, pero sa iba na lang ako magpapa dentist next time. My rating - 2 stars only due to a number of reasons to improve from, here are some: 1. Xray machine malfunction 2. Pricy PPE rent (when I paid for the PPE, I thought I already bought it, rent lang pala while inside the clinic, bakit sobrang mahal?) 3. Hand of the dentist is heavy (she almost tore my lower lip) nang-gigil yata si Doc 4. In just a glance to my teeth, the dentist can already tell that my card coverage is not enough for an OP (my last OP was just last year) so I need to automatically add P500 from my own pocket. The patient before me also had the same problem. The dentist yelled at her "sinabi ko naman po sa inyo bago simulaan di ba? Pa'no yan?!"

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I have HMI card but they billed me separately. They will always say that it is not included in the card. And will billed a lot to pay more. I will never come back again to this Sison - Gimelo Dental Clinic. So please pay attention specially to those HMI cardholders.
