Went here today for our scheduled dental cleaning under HMO. The appointment process was quite fast, which was done via their Facebook account. The service was very thorough and doc Abby was really informative and engaging, you can easily ask anything regarding your oral hygiene. I'd definitely recommend this place be it with HMO availment or just cash transactions.

Great customer service from booking of appointment to actual consultation. Experienced no troubles with them, even if I used my HMO. The female dentist (sorry I couldn't note the name) was very gentle and magaan kamay (no pain at all) and thoroughly explained her observations and recommended services after the dental check-up, including which was covered by my HMO and which would require additional cost for the patient. They gave their recommendations but still allowed the patient to decide whether or not to avail them and when. The visit lasted only an hour for dental check-up, dental prophylaxis, and teeth restoration (pasta). Overall, it was a good experience with them. Will return after a few months for the bi-annual check-up.

Had an excellent experience with Sison Gimelo Dental Center Fairview Branch. Contacted them through Viber the day before we fly to Philippines, as we are living overseas, to have my daughter checked - she had swollen cheek due to tooth infection at the time. I got response immediately, asked me the details of my daughter's condition. We are to arrive on Monday but there was no pedia dentist during Mondays, still they accommodated us and scheduled us for a check up. However, we were not able to reach the clinic due to heavy traffic from the airport to Fairview. Apparently, the dentist waited for us. Fast forward, my daughter was finally seen by the dentist (sorry I forgot her name but she was an excellent dentist!). My daughter's teeth can't be saved anymore and has to be extracted. She has to be undergo local anaesthesia and can't be sedated (this option needs a clearance from another doctor). It was a difficult but fast extraction. The whole team are so skilled in handling pedia cases. I am so grateful that I decided to go to Sison Gimelo (after researching a lot of pedia-dentists). I would like to express my appreciation to the whole team for looking after my daughter. They even messaged me to ask how my daughter was healing after the tooth extraction. We will definitely visit again once we're back to Philippines. Also, thank you for the Mother's day chocolate present. It was such a nice gesture.
