Very accommodating. I just made it in time before their cut off. My dog was suffering from an illness. They were quick to act on it. I love them.

Shepherd Animal Clinic has been our vet clinic since our shih tzu was 2 months old back in 2020. Five years have gone by and we’ve witnessed changes in the clinic-renovations and new faces. One thing remains the same is the vets’ commitment to quality treatment of each fur-patient. We were never rushed during our consultations. I’d often have a list of questions which the vet would patiently answer. Schedule of vaccines, deworming were clearly given to us so we’re aware of what and when is next. Our fur-family has also grown as we adopted an aspin from the province, whom we didn’t know had blood parasites. The bill ran high but it was all worth it as she regained full health. Our dear aspin surprised us further by giving birth to 5 healthy pups-all dewormed, vaccinated and cared for by Shepherd’s amazing vets, Dr. Marlon Papa & Dra Rowena Gaw. Shout out to these amazing vets!! An added plus is their text/Viber message to remind me of my furbaby’s appointment. Such VIP service! Clinic hours are 12:00nn to 8:00PM Monday to Sunday.

This clinic is precious to us. It’s walking distance from our home. The vets may have changed several times but the care they’ve shown our furbaby has been consistent. Suki patient here for 4 years since we’ve had our furbaby. Location is accessible,too, whether with your own car or commuting.
