​One of our dogs, August, is currently confined at this clinic. He is battling several conditions: Chronic Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Babesia, and Acute Kidney Disease. ​The veterinarians here are excellent. They explain every detail—from the medications and the nature of the illnesses to the side effects and potential outcomes. I truly appreciate how they provide regular updates and treat August as if he were their own dog, not just an ordinary patient. August has even grown close to one of the vets, finding a "safe zone" with them. Since he has difficulty standing up, they even placed a rubber mat inside his cage for his comfort. This was my pet's first visit to the vet, and it was a great experience. All the staff were very accommodating and the lab tests and procedures were done quickly, making the diagnosis easy and efficient. The entire check up lasted only about an hour, with no time wasted. The doctor was friendly toward my pet and explained everything clearly. Thank you so much for giving both my pet and me such a positive first time experience!
