They checked over the phone and confirmed they had the item in stock. They took my order there and then, noting my urgency. We ended the call and immediately a text message arrived confirming the order, the amount to be paid, and payment details. I replied appropriately and within the next 2 mins I was booking a rider to pick up the items. The whole transaction was clear, polite, stress-free, efficient and well-prepared.
