I took a cat here some time ago and wanted to leave a review to warn others about this place. To begin with, they say it's a 24 Hour Emergency Vet, but when we went around 10pm or so, the doctor wasn't even there and we spent nearly an hour waiting for the doctor to show up as he wasn't there. When he got back and I said how we had been waiting and it was an emergency, they said, "Well, the doctor has to eat too." I don't know if he ate while he was out, but he had balot and alcohol. And, while I didn't say anything at the time as I didn't want to argue with the only person I have any hope for saving this poor cats life, I'm thinking to myself, "Did the ONLY doctor NEED to leave or could he have had someone bring him food or order food?" I think we all know the answer to that. Why would the ONLY doctor at an emergency vet leave? Makes literally no sense. They couldn't get an IV in the cat after trying like 5 times, saying it was too dehydrated, and that may have been, but when they DID say they got it, I was honestly skeptical if they even had or if they were just saying that. They then took the cat upstairs and tossed it in a cold metal cage where another cat was. Like, these are sick and/or hurt animals, and you don't give them anything to keep warm? Just toss them in a cold cage? Also, on the way up to the room the cages were in, there were open and empty bottles of alcohol in another room sitting on the table. Like what the hell? Are these guys just sitting around at night getting drunk and then saying they are monitoring your pet? I paid PHP3.5k just for that and they had planned to charge me more. However, at exactly the time they would open for normal hours the next morning, they sent a text to say the cat had died. I didn't even bother replying. I want to say this though. It's truly a sad state of affairs when it comes to vet's here it seems. I don't want to sound all, "US Good, PH Bad". But when it comes to Vet's, especially emergency vet clinics in the US. When you bring your pet in they are focused on your pet IMMEDIATELY. They aren't asking about money or payments until the end and even if then they will work with you if the bill is high. But they also do a LOT. I'm reading comments on vet clinics right now and they read like HORROR stories. One doctor, little to no care, charging emergency fees based on what time it is and not based on what the situation calls for. A clinic where they prescribed a guys puppy 9 different medications and said it had 3 different infections only for them to get labs at their normal vet and find out it had NONE of that and only needed some anti-biotics. It seems like it's all, "Money, money, money". And how much they can siphon out of people who are desperate to save their pets, or an animal in general, which is disgusting coming from vets who seem to be charging a lot for the minimum. An IV and putting a cat in a cage isn't 10k pesos of treatment. So, in short. If you can help it, do NOT take your pet to this clinic if you can help it.
