We took my cat to Pampanga Animal Hospital 8pm in the evening for emergency. He doesn't want to eat, drink and he was so much in pain. We arrived there to get tests and got diagnosed with UTI. and his bladder is exploding because of crystals blocking his urethra that causes his kidneys to fail as well because of infection. But in his 50/50 life and death situation, the doctor, who handled him, was able to help him survive. He got the right treatment and until his full recovery, they observed and took well care of him. IM BEYOND GRATEFUL. Despite of the bad reviews I see here, PAMPANGA ANIMAL HOSPITAL didn't fail my pet that's why I think I need to share my experience.

The quality of care at this veterinary hospital can vary. To ensure your pet receives the best treatment, ask for test results, especially for fecal tests. I recently had a pet misdiagnosed as parasite-free here, but a second opinion elsewhere confirmed the presence of parasites. Additionally, the hospital often pushes for blood tests before exams and requires waivers for alternative approaches. I found their special diet dry food is also pricier than at other hospitals. While some veterinarians here provide excellent care, it's essential to be proactive in your pet's treatment and consider all options.

Agree from previous post too expensive and staff are not well trained to assist the customer their not friendly and attentive. We rush our 2mos old puppy to the emergency when I accidentally drop her on the floor broke her right legs. We called numbers of pet shop for emergency they don’t have xray to the clinic we don’t have option to take our dog to the Pampanga Animal Hospital knowing it's might not be a good experience because offeedbacks. The vet at night shift couldn’t solve our issue wherein we have to come back the next day for another vet to do the casting, we been charge for doctors fee 450ph, emergency fee 1000ph, and supplements that she prescribed that is not related to the broken legs ,she only prescribed pain reliever so my puppy can sleep well for tonight and even wanted to confined to their hospital for observation which is not really a must!! Keep prescribing supplements to over charge us!! And took us ages for her to released from the hospital. However the vet a man (didn't get his name) in the morning seems the real doctor, his nice and took care well of our dog. We decided not to return our puppy for them to remove the casting, go to a different vet after 7day to check our puppy casting if it's safe to remove.
