No matter whether the cat or dog has been seen many times, the Dr Lee & the nurses are very professional and show love for animals. The price is reasonable and he will not overcharge. There is also a 24-hour nursing service at the hospital. Everything will be done with the owner's wishes and consent. My cat have long term skin issues since young. Dr Lee mentioned that further tests may need to be performed for a more conclusive diagnosis, although maybe inconclusive result but could have another option for pet owners to know more about the conditions of my cat. After medication my cat’s skin condition is relieved! Dr Lee and the nurse were very courteous. I am satisfied with this clinic handling my fur babies.

I am satisfied with the service this clinic provides. The clinic is clean and everyone is nice and friendly! Dr Lee is caring, diligent, knowledgeable and energetic vet who is willingly spending time to explain my cat’s diagnosis and treatment recommendation. My cat had urinary issues came in as an emergency. Dr Lee quickly diagnosed the problem which needed emergency surgery to relieve the problem. My cat also need to stay in hospital in few days. Dr Lee & the assistant kept me well-informed throughout the process and made sure my cat was comfortable and receiving the proper treatment. I would highly recommended to any pets parents who in need of emergency services or specialised veterinary services. I am happy with my cat re healthy & back home.

Thank you so much for offering pet hotel/lodging services. It was always a problem on where I can leave my pets and have peace of mind while traveling. Now I know a place that I can trust to take care of my furbaby whenever I am away.
