Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for hoping for simple tooth extraction, but after checking my tooth and doing an X-ray, the male dentist suddenly suggested a root canal treatment instead. He kept going on about the benefits, and honestly, it felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine recommendation. He even started asking personal questions like what I do for work — which was unnecessary. I agreed to the procedure, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional and unsanitary. While grinding my tooth, water splashed all over my face, and he left the suction tool pressing hard on my lower gums which resulted to mouth sore the next day. The worst part? He didn’t even use anesthesia when he started cleaning and opening the tooth. It was extremely painful that I shouted a bit. After that, I decided in my mind that I won't proceed with the process. If you value proper dental care and hygiene, I strongly suggest avoiding this clinic. They didn’t even use a dental dam, which puts you at serious risk of infection during a root canal.

Worst ever! Dr. Apple do not know the meaning of customer service, unfamiliar with the equipment that she used and most of all very unsanitary. My face was wet all through out the procedure and not even a single assistant to help her. Karen type which clearly a unprofessional! Mentioning a famous comedian name ( Babalu ) which is clearly not relevant to the processing. Its a huge mistake if you come here to this clinic. 0/10 check the all the reviews before you go!! I went to this place to have my tooth checked when you ask how much it's gonna be reasonable because the price starts with 350 dental inspections that will be waved once you decided to proceed with whatever dental needs you need, AFTER my 1st appointment the pain was worst and the filling didn't last for few days since I was told that going back won't cost me anything I did my 2nd appointment they added a temporary filling that cost me 350 pesos (the reason is to see if that will fix the pain and tooth sensitivity) they also gave me a prescription. I'm a very calm and obedient customer. After 1 day the temporary filling came off, I needed to wait 1 week because im only available during weekends. when i came back, the dentist added a permanent filling, and I'm not expecting this to last. I appreciate the dentist's attitude towards helping people, I'm not sure whose fault it is but i must say this is THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I hope that no one else experiences this the 350 and 600 minimum filling became 7000 pesos including the medicine I bought plus the FEAR of going to any dentist at all.
