“You have been very helpful when my Mica was giving birth. But now...I am just wondering and is really disappointed why you were not able to diagnose or even attempt to test if she has Parvo amidst the symptoms. If you would have tested, then we would have immediately separated her from her pups. Now...chances are...the pups have it too.”
“Dirty and smelly clinic. You will notice that upon entering. The receptionist is unprofessional and seems hard selling. Her tone of voice is so “palengkera” type. The doctor who assisted us caters to multiple patients at a time. It’s like multi tasking! You can’t have your “own” time with the doctor. In case you have a lot of questions like us, first time fur parents, you won’t be able to ask them away as you will feel shy doing so- they’re so busy there and so chaotic! Super dirty pa talaga. They’re not even wearing hand gloves all the more the scrubs! Save your money, time and effort- don’t come here.”
