Patient Reviews
Thank you so much for saving our Cocoa! our dog can finally walk again 2 months after surgery at EV. He got hit by multiple cars and got multiple fractures on the hind legs and hipbones.. super glad we trusted doc. He definitely knows what he's doing! He was able to explain everything before doing the surgery. Although a bit pricey, they charge every step, would be nice if they would have packages that will already include everything. Anyway, just thankful the operation was done successfully. Surgery is excellent! Staff are nice. Good that they also give updates on viber and they respond to questions you may have. Good that you can also see your furbaby while they're performing the operation through the glass. Easy to locate. They have allotted parking spaces outside. There's a Mcdonald's just opposite the area.
Had dental prophy and extraction for my dog. Quite steep compared to other clinics, but i still proceeded though since my dog is small and very delicate for any procedure. They are accommodating but I just hope the vet explained me something about the result of the blood test or the operation to perform, they only sent the results via email and had to google every medical terms.
E.V. Dog & Cat Clinic is by far the WORST clinic we’ve ever been to! Reading through other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who thinks they are outrageously expensive. We rushed our dog here because his stomach was bloated and he wasn’t eating. They ran a few tests, charged us ₱8,000, and then immediately told us our dog needed emergency surgery costing almost ₱59,000, on top of what we had already paid. We were devastated and heartbroken, but also shocked at how fast they jumped to such an expensive procedure. They later offered to decompress our dog’s stomach for ₱6,500, but by then we had lost all trust in them. We went to another clinic instead, where we finally felt our dog’s health, not money, was the priority. We thought that would be the end of it, but to our disbelief, this clinic actually posted publicly about our dog’s case, twisting the story to make it look like they were doing us a favor by lowering the bill. That is absolutely NOT true. We even asked them to take the post down, but they ignored us. It is heartbreaking and infuriating that they would use our situation to gain sympathy while painting us as if we were in the wrong. No pet owner should ever be made to feel this way during such a vulnerable moment. We are deeply disappointed, and we will never recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their pets!
