Nothing is perfect in this world especially in health care. I went to the Otis branch after I was referred by their Cordillera branch. The Otis branch is a much bigger branch with three or four floors. They have facilites for operation and confinement including x-ray and blood test. When your cat or dog is confined, they give your cat or dog first class amenities. Not only that, the clinic is quite organized. When your cat or dog is confined, the veterinary gives you constant updates on the condition of your cat or dog. This is part of their good service. Upon checkout, you receive an itemized report of the payment. They do not just guess the amount that you should pay. Your cat or dog is safe in this veterinary clinic. The clinic loves pets and they take good care of them. The Otis branch is accessible by public transport via taft avenue. Upon reaching UN avenue take a tricyle going to Robinsion Otis - the clinic is just across Robinson Otis.

There is no long line so no long waiting time for check ups and regular vaccines. They explain the procedure or work ups that they will administer before they do it, and explain after what the possible side effects, and your next steps are. The clinic is open by 9am but only for grooming services. The vet is in around 10-11am.
