My right ear was in severe pain, almost not tolerable. His clinic is the only ENT clinic that was still open at that time, so I walked in along with my green LOA which happens to be for consultation only (i am unaware). Dr. Oclarence looked at both my ears, and gave me Ear Drops, and told me to be back in 10 days because he will be out of the country starting tomorrow. And that he cannot perform any procedure because my LOA was incorrect. Consultation was done in 3 minutes. He had sale for the ear drops, plus the consultation fee The next day: I had 2nd opinion from another doctor. The doctor cleaned my ear, diagnosed me with fungal infection, and laughed at the ear drops doctor Oclarence gave me (as seen in the picture) I'm not putting Dr. Oclarence in a bad spotlight, I didn't say anything bad about him, I am just narrating my experience 😓
