The staff and doctors at CioVet are very professional — you can genuinely feel their care for both the owners and the pets. We brought our cat, Shio, for the second time due to a urethral blockage. Our first vet told us that a catheter could no longer be done and that surgery was the only option, which was very expensive and came with a low survival rate. With heavy hearts, we paid ₱2,000 for their attempt to insert the catheter and brought Shio home, grieving and preparing for the worst. Then we decided to seek a second opinion at CioVet — and that was the best decision we ever made. Dr. Lazatin carefully explained the procedure and immediately performed the emergency surgery that same night. Our baby is now safe, and the cost was far more reasonable compared to the first vet. We’re deeply thankful to CioVet for giving our cat another chance at life. Highly recommended! ❤️🐾
