So, they're covered by insurance, but apparently, their 'coverage' includes a 400 peso PPE fee. When I asked if I could bring my own, they suggested I try another clinic and then hung up. Seems like they're not very keen on saving me money.

I went here to fix a cavity that had gotten worse, the dentist here had cleaned the cavity but didn't use any anesthetic, so once I felt pain she stopped. Then did the filling and told me the pain would go away in 3 months. I was in so much pain I went back, this time the daughter tried to fix it but I was still in a lot of pain. I went to another dentist and they said I need a root canal after doing an x-ray (which this dentist did no xray at all). The new dentist found decay that this dentist left behind under the filling, thankfully they were able to correct what this dentist failed to do. However, to their surprise this dentist put fillings on top of more cavities that I have to go and get corrected. They didn't remove all the decay, crazy!! Stay away from this dentist, they do not practice proper dentistry and clearly don't care about the work they perform.

If I could give their service a 0 star I would. First off, they were not very welcoming or friendly. Very POOR cleaning job, went it and expected a full cleaning done. All she did was remove the excess plaque on my bottom teeth and after that she applied the paste and brushed only the front side of my teeth. Did not brush the back part at all. They don’t floss your teeth for you and they were hesitant to give you a single thread of floss just so you can do it yourself. I don’t recommend going to this place and paying 800 pesos to get a half-service done.

I have been with this dentist for about 8 years and my braces hasent come off yet. Lo and behold covid came and they wont give me an appointment for months. The lower brace destroyed my two molars. I am saddened to part ways with this dentist.

If you're planning to get braces, please don't settle for less. Please lng gd especially if you don't have the patience to wait. Ang hulatanay ka gasto sa oras.Every month, it takes me 2-4 hours to wait just for a 2-4 minutes adjustment for my braces. Abtan ko 6-7am tapos pulian ko 10-11am. Jusko grabi nga antos poor service!!!!
