Dental Clinics in Davao City

My auntie had her denture (bottom part) done . I have been back to the clinic five times and still the size is not right, too big for her to have an underbite and it hurts her gums when she wears it. Very costly and not polished. She was still excited to get dentures. I’m so disappointed when I saw it couldn’t be used. I will not recommend this clinic. They won’t make it right to satisfy their customer. It’s a waste of money!

Poor service made an appointment with the clinic prior to my arrival from the UK for extensive work to my teeth when I arrived no record was available as planned and booked I was sent away to come back later I would not use this Clinic after that welcome and the attitude I received was not particular friendly I advise foreigners not to make bookings at this Clinic you will be made to feel very welcome when you book the appointment unfortunately the real experience is lacking. I am very reluctant to write a negative review on a Company but hey guys I travelled 7000 miles and two days of travelling to get my teeth sorted my primary reason for coming to the Philippines I cant comment on the clinics expertise because I never even got in the chair .Fortunately I found another good clinic who were very friendly and accommodating.

I got my molar tooth extracted here. Their service is really good. They'll make sure that at the procedure, you won't feel a thing and I didn't feel anything.

Got referred to them. But sadly to say they over charge and don’t give invoices out. Just got the bank transfer slip. Can’t recommend this doc.

I just wanna express my thanks to the dentist who extracted my tooth in this clinic. She was very reassuring and helped me calm my nerves. Everything went well to make the story short except for the pain that I have to endure after the extraction but it was entirely my fault because it was already swollen when we went there. She was even hesitant to do it and warned me that it wouldn't be without pain. Anyways, thank you for your service. I will surely be back if I'd have the time and enough resources to pay for.

Worst experience for Dental Service. I have HMO Coverage. Pasta and cleaning are covered yet charged me 1K for cleaning because I have not gone to the dentist for more than a year. I said, okay, scheduled for dental extraction, was taken an xray and charged 300 for it. Dentist cannot perform extraction because of complication, then scheduled me for another appointment in one of their clinics. I requested earliest time possible. Scheduled for 10 AM April 2. Upon arriving at the clinic, the dental assistant seemed surprise, well apparently, there was no appointment made and I just waited for half an hour before I asked what time the assigned dentist arrives, I was told 11AM. I was surprised I was not told upon my arrival. I wasted another 30 minutes waiting, wasted taxi fare to go to their clinic. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL! Not mentioning on my first visit when I had cleaning, the dentist arrived 30 minutes late. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I highly discourage going to this clinic for dental services. Ang mahal ng charge tapos late pa mga dentist, sasayangin oras niyo.

Just had a dental cleaning covered by my company's HMO (Intellicare). Both the dentist and the front desk staff were approachable, and the facility was clean and well air-conditioned. The process went smoothly, and the dentist was gentle throughout the procedure, which really helped ease my slight anxiety. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I think I've found my go-to dentist in Davao.

I am one of those customer's who had a bad day with this doc. Had cleaning and tooth extraction. Staff doesn't smile back, I felt I was wasting their time. Doctor wasn't doing rapport, just went ahead with the job, felt like he didn't want me as his customer, don't know why. Also, there's 1 more root left on the tooth he extracted. Will no longer go back here.

Walk-in Only Clinic This clinic operates on a walk-in basis, so there’s no need for an appointment. I arrived in the afternoon and waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for my turn. Expect some wait time, especially during busy hours. Step-by-Step Process 1. Registration & Forms – Once called, I filled out a quick patient form before proceeding. 2. Diagnosis & X-Ray (If Needed) – They extract molars without an X-ray, but for wisdom teeth, an X-ray is required. 3. Treatment – I was assigned to a dentist upstairs, where my tooth was diagnosed and extracted. 4. Affordable Pricing – The extraction cost me only ₱600, which is very reasonable. 5. Prescription & Aftercare – After the procedure, I got my prescription from a nearby pharmacy beside Palawan. Overall Experience • Affordability – The prices are budget-friendly, making dental care accessible. • Clean & Approachable Staff – The clinic is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. • Small Space – The clinic itself is quite small, so seating can be limited. Other Notes • I heard consultations start at ₱300, but the price may vary depending on the situation. • The setup feels very “inato” (local-style), which makes it comfortable and familiar. If you’re looking for affordable and straightforward dental care, this is a great option! Just be prepared for some waiting time, especially if you come in the afternoon.

Time Delay: Our appointment was scheduled for 15:30 (consultation and cleaning), but we were accommodated at 16:13. We don’t mind waiting, but it would be appreciated if the staff could inform clients about delays instead of clients having to ask first. Lack of Complete Information: We were initially told that the price would depend on the teeth’s condition, starting at ₱1,040. Naturally, we assumed the maximum increase wouldn’t be too far from that. However, it turns out they already have fixed pricing tiers for dental cleaning: • Mild – ₱1,040 • Moderate – ₱1,830 • Severe – ₱2,280 We only discovered this at the billing section, where we ended up paying the highest tier. This is more than double the starting price. It would have been better if the full pricing breakdown was explained upfront. The dentist also did not advise what level of cleaning was needed before proceeding. My brother was confused about some dental terms, and he did clarify, but the dentist seemed a bit impatient. On a positive note, the clinic looks aesthetic, and the other staff were warm and friendly. However, the overall customer service needs improvement.

They were not transparent with fees. When you inquire over the phone, they would declare low fees but the dentist will eventually tell you exorbitant fees mid procedure not giving you the opportunity to think and decide. NOT recommending this place I think they need to improve on price transparency.

I had a cracked tooth while visiting Davao. They were able to get me in on a Sunday. I was hesitant and nervous to go to a strange dentist in a new town but they were very accommodating. I was taken care of by Dr. Sanchez. She was very informative, carefully talking me trough the options and what she was doing. She was able to save the tooth and make a full restoration. The amount charged was well below what I expected. Some of the best dental care I have had anywhere in the world.
