if youre looking for care, a modest level of privacy, and quality of work, skip this clinic. my partner and i walked in for cleaning and pasta (dental filing). while waiting, we heard the dentist telling the last patient private details about her dental condition in a voice that almost announced it to everyone in the clinic. we figured that those things must be told in private but i guess they just didnt care. that was the first sign that should have made us leave but i told my partner to just give it a chance. when it was her turn, my partner told me that the procedure was rushed, mechanical, factory-like. it lacked some degree of humanity and it seemed to me that she was treated like she was just another sale. speaking of which, when asked about the cost of filing, they said it was 900 per tooth. after the procedure, it increased to 1500 per tooth. ive got no problem about the price but it just sounded like the increase was arbitrary. no proper explanation was given about the increase. wheb n i pressed them for explanation, they appeared annoyed. when it was time to pay, the dentist assistant, who was wearing the sanitary garments and all, received the payment and handled the money---with the same gloves she was wearing during my partner's procedure. my partner told me that she had been observing the assistant when they were doing the last procedure; the same assistant was also handling the previous payments while wearing those same gloves, and she did not see the assistant replacing her gloves with fresh ones when it was her turn. my partner is a shy person so i thought she just went with it but i know inside her, she wasnt okay with it. after paying, the assistant gave us a small strip of paper with their contact number. i asked if they had a card instead because that strip of paper only had their cellphone number written on it, no dentist name, not even the name of the clinic. to be honest, i dont really mind that much about the strip of paper but i think it just sadly sums up how this clinic handles its clients---mediocre, commercial, and just plain devoid of care. am not reviewing the medicality of the procedure since am no expert on the matter. but as a person who works hard to earn in order to pay for professional services i want to be treated with at least what passes as polite and courteous. and this extends to my partner. if youre looking for good service and value for your hard-earned money, id say give yourself some respect and skip this clinic.
