Went to this clinic together with my husband, they handled our concerns very well, staff was attentive to our needs and I must say, this clinic was the best, worth visiting for 🥰

Staff was giving bad vibes/attitude. Had a 2pm appointment with the dentist, and the dentist hasn’t come out for 1.5hrs after the appointment time. Decided to leave since no one is doing anything. When the dentist decided to come out, we already wanted to leave, she was explaining that she was “not feeling well” that’s why the delay, even though we can hear her talking to someone on the phone, laughing and all while the patients were waiting for her. To the clinic, please be professional. If what you said is true, that you don’t feel well. Please let the patient know, and ask them if they’re willing to wait. On the same day evening, they sent an email explaining and apologising for what happened. We appreciate it, but know that we don’t trust you anymore and will never be back to this clinic again.
