It is such a relief to finally have reliable vets you can count on. Their doctors also come to your home if your pet is too sick, and their vehicle doubles as an ambulance that conveniently transports pets to their hospital under constant medical attention. Very grateful for their care of our dogs.

My 6-month-old aspin was shot by our neighbor at about 8 am last June 1, 2021. My mom and I brought my pet to Zitrovet, though we've never taken any of my pets there. The first clinic we went to was still closed and my go-to animal hospital turned us away because it was an emergency case and they claimed to have only one doctor available then. Zitrovet, on the other hand, accommodated my furbaby and I as soon as their doors opened. They were calm and collected. They didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience to them at all. This alone assured me that Aria, my dog, was in good hands. What I love about Zitrovet, apart from how welcoming they are, is how they genuinely care for the well-being of their four-legged-patients. They don't jump into conclusions or quick diagnoses; they do the appropriate tests and procedures first. They educate pet owners, assure them, and even tell them about the odds or risks involved in their pet's case. Doc Nick Ortiz is a great veterinarian; he knows the ropes of his profession and empathizes well with his clients--something a lot of vet clinics lack. Their service rates and product prices are also reasonable and more affordable compared to the other clinics in the city. My furbaby was discharged two weeks after. Despite the bullet still being lodged in her spine, she was healing well and could walk, jog, and wag her tail again. A real miracle that God orchastrated through everyone at Zitrovet. I couldn't recommend this pet clinic enough. And if Aria could speak, I know she'd say the same.

It's spacious for a vet clinic. The staff seems nice but a bit aggressive on the dogs. The clinic offers 2 AC unit, but none of them seem to work. Also, the mounted TV is not working. Overall, the experience is excellent but not really anything new.
