This is my 2nd time here in zaff jay good customer service and approachable all staff and the the lady owner I think she's very nice and smiling. although many clients but still you will be finish on time I'm just waiting for my result. And if you have already record and not yet expired no need to take the psychology test. And that's very advantage to me I finish very early. 1000/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wherever I go, customer service matters to me more than anything. I was referred here by an agency and of course since I am a local guide, the first thing I did was research and check reviews from all platforms from all sorts of people. To sum up all the reviews i've read, It has a very bad reputation in terms of customer service. I was hesitant because I had a very bad experience in a diagnostic clinic somewhere in Ramos w/c I had to leave a review of how frustrating my experience was and had lengthy. Discussions with the owner about how their staffs lack customer service & cultural sensitivity training. Now going back to Zaff Jay, It was actually the opposite of what I’ve read in the reviews or maybe I have different experience from those people or the service really have been improved already. From the registration to the instructions they gave, It was smooth and they are very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I would like to commend the two nurses in room 6 because despite their very long day, they were still able to accommodate me with a big smile and initiate a very good conversation. We were all tired but we just talked it over until I was done with all my medical procedures and went home. Just one thing that didn’t go so well for me is that I didn’t like it when I was asked to take off my shoes and socks outside the Physical Exam room when it was my turn. I had to walk barefoot on a dirty floor. It was gross :( and I was hoping there was an option to maybe leave my socks on or have something like a foot sack or shoes sack because the floor was dirty:((( and maybe you could like put a rack for the shoes so people wouldn’t have to put it anywhere in the aisle. But overall, thank god I had a very good experience. Keep it up!

Even before open time there were so many people. We were not aware that we could already get priority numbers since there was no sign, the door to the clinic was just unlocked so when the staff came in, everyone rushed to the door and some of the earlier people got later priority numbers. The building and facilities look old and rundown. For the price of their medical checkup, I expected it to be better. The staff were kind. Their process just took so, so long. There's tons of things to improve. Each step takes a long time, you get called 3 times, and you have to wait 15-30 minutes each time before you can actually start with the lab tests. This is a pain especially those with fasting blood sugar, I think I almost went past 12 hrs without eating. The waiting room was also filled with people, they make you wear masks, but there was zero social distancing. There were even at least 10 people standing up beside the seats. They should limit the people they cater daily. The passage for the rooms for lab tests were also very tiny. It felt like a government hospital. I only had a few lab tests but I stayed there from 8 to 4 pm. Then, I had to do a follow up test, they just had to take my blood, so I expected the process to be quicker but it still took 3 hours... They give you a couple of number where you can call for a follow up but they never pick up the call... I really hope never to come back to this clinic again. Update: This is a late review since I did not want to give a review before they released my results to the company. I did contact the number they gave(the one in the response) and they replied and said to call another number, but that cell phone was never picked up even after 3 tries so I just gave up.
