We’re super happy with the care our pets got here! The staff were all really friendly and took great care of them. Our dog Lily is doing so much better now, her infection and anemia have improved a lot. Big thanks to Doc Christian, he really knows his stuff. Highly recommend this place!

Quoted 800php for laser therapy on our dog as post op care. When I was asked to pay, the bill was 1150php. 350php was added for vet fees, which were not required as the surgeon who performed the op had given a referral letter detailing the treatment required and frequency. Visited again today for continuation of the therapy and was again charged 350 vet fees. Disgraceful practice. Not only this unprofessional fee charging, but for the second treatment, the "vet" didn't even know how to turn on the machine, didn't know the PIN code to start the machine. All this had to be told to him over the phone by someone else. The saga doesn't end there. Not only could the vet not turn on the machine, but he also had to be talked through which type of animal to choose and which type of treatment to give. I feel totally let down by this company. They have overcharged me and the second treatment was carried out by an amateur, but the fees remain for a professional. They are only interested in the money, not professional treatment. Avoid at all costs
