The facilities are clean and the staff is professional. I like how spacious and well-kept the area is, and so far, their staff has spoken the kindest to and handled my pet the best. The vet was also very kind. I brought up many apparently-minor problems, and I was not spoken down to or belittled for being worried.

Think the place was ok but also think it could be far better. No matter where you are if certain technology is not available to you or your patient then you need to adjust and start to treat, of that treatment isn't working readjust And try try and try again until we get it right. We can't just stand around wishing and hoping, in the real world it calls for action not thoughts and prayers.

Too expensive and not worth it! I brought my pet here a few times, thinking the price would be reasonable for the kind of service they provide — but it’s honestly way too much. Even simple check-ups already cost a lot, and the fees keep changing without any clear explanation. Other clinics charge almost half the price for the same services. What’s worse is that you’ll think the high rates mean better care or equipment, but that’s not the case. Every visit feels like they’re just adding more charges — consultation fee, follow-up fee, extra procedures you didn’t even ask for. You’ll end up paying thousands for things that could have been handled in a more affordable and transparent way somewhere else. I understand vets need to earn, but this is just too much. It’s starting to feel like they care more about the money than the pets. I really hope they learn to be fair with their pricing because not everyone can afford this kind of setup. For now, I’d really suggest going to another clinic that’s honest and reasonable with their fees.
