been a return customer for a while. but today, i got my heart broken because my pets seem to have been injured. i feel really bad and responsible for what happened to them because i brought them to this place. at first, they told me that the haircut that i want could be done, seconds later when i left, they contacted me that they could only do a “specific cut” due to some circumstances. i trusted them because as i said, i have been a repeat customer. (right now, i’m kind of thinking that they made a mistake and just made it look like that as a cover up) when i went back to get my pets, pet 1 looks terrible, far from the haircut that they told me they would do. nails bleeding, with a wound that was never there when i left her. they even told me that she already had that wound even before i could try to inspect it. pet 2’s haircut looks good, but she had cuts on her breasts, which really alarmed me because she might get infection. i used to really like it here. but now, i don’t want to come back. the staff are deceiving (or idk maybe i’m just emotional for what my pets have gone through). my pets are in pain right now. i wouldn’t want to risk this same incident happening again.
