Xtra Care ultrasound for Placenta Doppler

“Just experienced the crappiest service for a pregnant customer ever. Called an ultrasound clinic 2 days prior to schedule an appointment. Initially, scheduled for a Friday but was informed that doctor will not be available and scheduled me between 2pm to 4pm Saturday (October 22 2016). We arrived to the clinic at exactly 2pm. We were the 2nd patient to arrived. We were informed that we're the next on queue but our number is 5 in the "appointment list". We've waited for the 1st patient to finish. When they're done, another patient came in. They were the 4th in queue (appointment list as what they called). They were asked to proceed to the room. I asked why I was not called first and was informed that I was the 5th on their appointment list. I was never informed of such list prior to the visit. Worst part, if the 1st and 2nd patient in their so called appointment list arrive, I would have to wait for them to finish. I asked them of this appointment list and was informed that they have texted me. I never received such sms and why did they not tell me of such list while they have on the phone. I can't wait for the 1st and 2nd patient to arrive. They're late. The staff told me it was a first come first serve basis. I was already there. I came in first, I should be served first then. But instead of listening and taking my suggestion as consideration, they told me "kayo po, pwede naman kayo magcancel." The nerve!!!! To think that your clinic name is Xtra Care. Such an irony. Worst service ever! Btw, I'm 8 mos and 2 weeks pregnant. I dragged my partner out of the clinic. Though I can wait patiently but how they treated me is something I can't take. Xtra care my a**. I don't need you. You need customers.”
