Expensive and overprice! I felt scammed! The staff were polite, but my overall experience was poor. I called in advance because I had a toothache and wanted a check-up and cleaning. I was given an appointment at 17:00. When I arrived, I clearly explained my tooth pain several times and mentioned that I believed an X-ray or scan might be necessary. I was told everything looked fine and that I only needed a cleaning. I was initially informed that the price would start at around 1,500. However, during the cleaning, I was told that my gums were bleeding and that the cost would increase to 5,000.pesos!!!!!! This was not explained properly beforehand. I again mentioned that I still had tooth pain, but the person cleaning my teeth did not seem to be a dentist and told me to come back another day if I wanted it checked. I left without understanding what was actually wrong with my tooth or gums. Overall, the communication was poor, the pricing was unclear, and my main problem — the toothache — was not addressed.
