Going to private dental clinics would be more expensive for me, so I thought of checking here. Staff were nice. I had a cheerful doctor tending me. I'm very much satisfied with my care. When i was done, they gave me survey forms to fill out. Things that i learned upon coming here — If you don't have a record yet, it's better to come early for the registration. Bring your own pen! Keep your Blue Card for your next appointment. Don't skip breakfast on the day of tooth extraction. They give out clear instructions, so LISTEN ATTENTIVELY. I hope you'll find this review helpful.

Visited a friend admitted for dialysis. Guards at the entrance and and personnel at the information were accomodating.

The staff don't have much patience with the patients, and they don't explain things properly. When you ask questions, they respond rudely and even turn their backs while you're still talking. How can you understand the processes? The service is very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone.
