May superiority complex ba yang babaeng staff nyo na may tattoo? This is not even a St. Luke's Medical Center.”

The information staff are consistently rude, disrespectful, and unapproachable. They lack basic customer service skills and respond arrogantly to inquiries. They appear irritated even if it’s just the beginning of the day, particularly the female staff member in the HMO area. Patients should never experience added stress because of unprofessional and discourteous staff.
