Service wise its just okay accommodating staff, clean environment and much cheaper than hospital rates
One star or no star due to this event: November 23, 9 AM girl staff in the HMO area, sobrang bastos, wala naman sa lugar, didn't even tried to understand my request. To the management of Wellcare Manggahan, this is not the first time I've seen your rude staff na mangsindak even sa elderly, only this time, I experienced it. May superiority complex ba yang babaeng staff nyo na may tattoo? This is not even a St. Luke's Medical Center.
The information staff are consistently rude, disrespectful, and unapproachable. They lack basic customer service skills and respond arrogantly to inquiries. They appear irritated even if it’s just the beginning of the day, particularly the female staff member in the HMO area. Patients should never experience added stress because of unprofessional and discourteous staff.
