If you've had a bad experience with any Wellcare branch, you might want to go to this branch to have a different kind of bad experience. The place does not look clean for a healthcare facility. The staff are bland as well.
They will set appointments for the release of the medical results. There's no problem about it except they don't finalize all the tasks for the documents that make all the recipients wait for too long. What's the point of setting an appointment when their task with the patient's documents isn't done yet? Even if I have no idea how they should work, I know they can do better and be competent. Also, the front desk people are rude, The last time I visited there was afternoon on Thursday and I had the said experience.
