I have nothing against the management but at least do something with your unprofessional staff. The one who is in incharged in the optha department who also relays the result or if we need a retest. She is very unprofessional and unempathetic. The way she told me about my hiv test result left me anxious and distress. I am NEGATIVE after the retest in a bigger hospital. It is my right as a patient to see the Reactive result taken from your clinic but you can‘t provide it. That kind of staff will destroy the reputation of your business. Also she tried to overcharged me, fortunately i saved a copy of the original price that one of your staff sent me. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!

ZERO STAR THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME. WHEN I I WAS ABOUT TO PAY, THE LADY ASKED FOR 3500 PESOS. SHE DOESN’T KNOW I HAD A TEXT FROM THEM SAYING IT’S ONLY 3,000. WHEN I SHOWED HER THE PROOF SHE JUST SHUT UP. THE REST OF THE STAFF WERE NICE EXCEPT FOR HER, SHE WAS ALSO THE NURSE IN OPTHA SECTION. BEWARE OF HER. SHE IS RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
