Strick health protocols are observed
Misinformation! They gave us false hope. They said that our cat was well at first. When my brother came to pick up our cat, they suddenly said that they had findings. They also overcharged our mom just to keep our cat in the best health but they fail to do so.
I have to admit that the vet is good and made accurate assessment but the way they handle animals is very irresponsible. My cat is gentle and shy in nature but to them he was very aggressive. Not to mention that their goods are OVERPRICED, they sell medicines at 4x its original price wherein you can buy it at a reasonable price in other stores. Never coming back to this clinic again.
